UASO Legal Disclaimer

The term UASO represents the staff and members of United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization and represents the organization in general. This disclaimer is made as a good will gesture and considered to be legally binding. Members and Staff of the UASO sign and endorse this disclaimer as a promissory note by activating their account(s).

UASO cannot and will not be held liable for member actions. For example, if one member decides to violate copyright laws the other members and staff will not be held liable nor are they in fault of that individual member's action(s). United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization is a not for profit organization. None of the training received from UASO endorses ‘official' activities. For example, if you complete a 90 day self paced training program for ‘Pilot Fixed Wing' and decide to go fly an airplane in the real world and get yourself killed – UASO will not and cannot be held liable. This claim is not limited to the above scenario.

UASO reserves the right to terminate membership without notice and reason. UASO reserves the right to deny membership to applicants for any reason we (the staff) deem appropriate. If you are currently a member or someone acting on behalf of: SimNasa or Virtual United States Air Force you MAY NOT join the UASO. If at anytime you become a member or act on behalf of SimNasa or Virtual United States Air Force you must notify a staff member prior to becoming involved with SimNasa or Virtual United States Air Force by sending an email explaining the situation to: hr@vuaso.org. Involved for this agreement is defined as the following, but not limited to the following: registering, conducting business with, obtaining information, or sharing information with sole intent to give SimNasa or Virtual United States Air Force a competitive edge over UASO.

Intellectual, physical, electronic and monetary ownership of all projects, technologies, concepts, or anything else that is discovered or developed within the UASO belongs to the United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization. The United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization for the purpose of ownership is represented by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has the ‘final word' for all matters. The Board of Directors is composed of three individuals: Matt Nowaczewski, Kamoni Sutton, and John Morales. Therefore each member of the Board of Directors owns 1/3 of United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization. Ownership of technologies, concepts or other ‘things' may be extended to a third party via additional agreement(s) made between the United Aeronautical & Spaceflight Organization and the third party before the third party begins their work on the project specified within the additional agreement(s). The website vuaso.org and its content are protected by copyright laws – All violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent in the U.S. court of law.

Anyone found to be in violation of this legal disclaimer will be prosecuted to the fullest extent in the U.S. court of law – regardless if the individual does not reside in the U.S. or the actual violation took place in a country other than the U.S. The organization operates virtually claiming its physical location to be in the U.S. – therefore applying U.S. law to its operations.
