The UASO Training Department is in charge of ensuring that all members of the UASO from the newest recruit all the way up to the Board of Directors recieves adequate training and retains what they have learned during their time within the organization. The Training Department uses a state-of-the-art online learning environment and the use of courses to train the UASO's members. Every person who joins the UASO will become familiar with the online learning environment as all hands-off training will be conducted through this web-based system.
